Dream Come True

Antique Light

About the Photo: I've always wanted to shoot the dome inside the Neiman Marcus store. Now my dream's come true. Neiman Marcus is a traditional shopping center that sells designer brands. It has a beautiful dome with a picture of a ship on it. You can faintly make out the ship in the photo above. I walked in the store and pretended to be a customer and snapped the photo as I was leaving. The store gave me an idea of what San Francisco must have been like in its hey-day.

Neiman Marcus sells brands like Jil Sander, Prada, Gucci, Armani, Burberry etc. I looked at the price of a woman's buttoned down shirt at Loro Piana and the price tag read $495! I nearly fell off my rocker. Why would a shirt cost that much?
