Empty

Walking fast for long distances is a great way to relax. I did my usual Conservatory to Bison paddock power walking session today through the park. Generally I don't like to run because it causes knee pain, but today my feet felt lighter than usual. I even jogged for some spurts, which is good for inducing deep breathing. Afterward I always feel better than when I started.
