After lunch at Slanted Door, which I had to chip in for myself (!) and a macaroon from Miette (exquisite, but expensive), I had an exit interview with HR. Then it was time to vamoose from the office. There were hugs and handshakes all around and then I said adios amigos.
I've made it my mission to sample most of the food stalls at the Ferry Building. I've been fortunate because it's been quite a delicious experiment so far. My only disappointment has been with the sandwiches at Acme Bread Co.
Why is there no news for me to blog about? Nothing in the press has gotten me worked up enough to entice me to write about it.
