Happy Autumn! I noticed that today was the first day of autumn. Tis the season to do fall things like dressing up in thick sweaters and carving & gutting gourds just for the heck of it.In addition, let's not forget that this is the time that Chinese people celebrate the Moon Festival. The above is a picture of a mooncake. I don't quite care for the salted egg yolk in the center, but the rest of the cake is tasty. This delicacy contains lard, so it's not for constant consumption. Indulging in moderation is fine though.
